Senior Front End Web Designer.
Role:
This is an exciting client facing Frontend Web Developer/Designer opportunity where you will be involved in various projects covering the entirety of the development lifecycle, from initial specification gathering through to completion/handover and support. You will be working predominantly with WordPress and building attractive, engaging and user-friendly websites from scratch.
You will be leading projects from inception to activation with the support from your team. You will inspire exceptional creative, across your team and a diverse and exciting client base. You will be working directly with clients and managing projects as a whole, whilst reporting directly to the creative directors
Requirements:
- An excellent ‘all rounder’, with a standout portfolio / CV
- Someone highly proficient with the Adobe Creative Suite
- Meet with clients on a face to face basis to discuss their requirements
- Design, build and develop bespoke client websites predominantly using WordPress and PHP
- Work closely with your clients externally, keeping in regular contact with your clients and discuss the progress of their website build and development
- Monitor website builds and ensure that the websites are delivering a positive ROI for our clients
What we need from you:
- Highly organised, excellent strategist with exceptional communication skills with the ability to speak to all levels of staff and clients
- Able to work in a fast-paced agency delivering to tight deadlines and sometimes under pressure, both on your own and as part of a team
- Client facing experience, comfortable in taking client specs and plan for successful project completion
- Experience of HTML5, CSS3 & Javascript Skills, PHP and JQuery
- Ideally experience working within an agency environment
- Deep knowledge of WordPress essential
- A proven track record of managing multiple website builds simultaneously
- Able to integrate plugins to deliver required client functionality
- Excellent understanding of Hosting and DNS Management
- Ability to setup version control systems would be ideal
- Experience with SASS would be desirable
- Knowledge of Google Suite would be beneficial (predominantly Analytics & Webmaster Tools)
Digital Marketing Specialist
Role:
We’re looking for a talented digital marketer to join our busy team on a part-time basis.
Two to three days a week in the office, based in Hertford, Herts.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Extensive experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console
- Experience in producing insightful reports – Analysing client progress and producing accurate reports of high quality.
- Understanding of the key algorithm updates and SEO implications
- Actioning on-page optimisation and improving website keyword focus
- Proven experience in creating, implementing, and managing successful PPC / SEO strategies
- Good knowledge of Social Media PPC
- Previous experience with WordPress platforms would be beneficial.
- Solid knowledge of marketing principles.
